- Gift Certificates are nonrefundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift Cards are for Healing Elements Day Spa located in West Bend, WI. By clicking the accept button below you are understanding this is not for a different location or spa. You are agreeing to purchase from this spa and the gift card will not be refunded after purchase.
- Healing Elements is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are lost or stolen.
- Gift Certificates have a 1-year use-by date, after which the Gift Certificate will start to decrease in value. Call or email for details.
- Gift Certificates will arrive via email to your submitted email address (collected at checkout) as a .pdf file attachment. You can then forward or send it to the recipient via email or print it and present it to them. It is always best to have you email it versus us, as it may go into their junk mail and they’ll never see it.
