Reservations
It is never too soon to make your spa appointment. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Please contact us at 262-306-6691 or email info@hedayspa.com to make an appointment.
Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We ask that you fill out any paperwork ahead of time. All intakes can be found on our Forms page. This will allow sufficient time to change into spa attire (if desired) and unwind in our Solaris Lounge. Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, though we regret full service time may not be possible.
Spa Closing Time
We are committed to ensuring a delightful experience for everyone. To maintain a balance between your enjoyment and our team’s well-being, please take note of our closing hours:

We kindly request that if you are the last service of the day and wish to utilize our facilities, consider arriving earlier before you appointment to use the facilities. This allows our dedicated team to close promptly and head home to their families.
Cell Phone Policy
Please respect fellow guests and the tranquility we provide and turn your cell phone on silent upon arrival. Cell phone use is prohibited during spa service and in common areas of the spa. Please inform your service staff should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Cash as payment for all services or products.
Gratuity
Gratuities are never expected but are extremely appreciated in our industry. We do not accept gratuities in charge card form. We do have an ATM available in our entrance if you forgot cash.
Attire
Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide a robe and spa sandals for your treatment, if you desire. During your treatment, our certified professionals are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy and comfort. For all massage and facial services Healing Elements will provide you with a robe and sandals. Towels are also available if you wish to use the shower. Pedicure sandals are not provided. We recommend bringing a pair along as polish does not dry for several hours. We do sometimes have sandals available for purchase if needed.
Hair Services
When booking any color service please make sure you specify with the front desk what type of color you are looking for. There are many new hair trends (Ombre, bright colors, etc.) that require extra time, and can only be done by stylists who are trained to do that particular technique. Also please remember this is an adult facility and children are not allowed unless they are receiving a service. We ask that you do not bring your children to your hair, nail or waxing appointments.
Children
To ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable experience we ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment unless they are also scheduled for an appointment. If you have a child in your group getting services, they need to be accompanied by an adult the entire time they are here.
Spa Services – Minors (17 and under) are welcome with a guardian’s approval. Guardian must be present at time of check-in to approve services. Guardians are welcome to stay in the service room during the treatment (mandatory guardian presence for children under 12).
Valuables
For your convenience, a secure spa locker will be provided for you during your service for clothing and small personal items. Healing Elements is not responsible for misplaced or stolen items.
Cancellation Policy
Because our services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy to our clients and our staff of professionals we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any single service and a 48-hour cancellation notice for multiple services, spa packages or groups of 2 or more and on weekends. Any No-show or calls to cancel within 1 hour of service will incur full service charge unless we are able to rebook it.
Please have a major credit card or gift certificate number available to secure your reservation. If you are unable to provide us with a credit card or gift card you have the option to come in and prepay for your service.
Enforcement of Cancellation Policy:
When you forget an appointment or cancel at the last minute we miss the chance to fill that appointment time, anyone who is on a waiting list misses the chance to receive a service, and our staff misses the chance to earn money. Please understand that our staff members have families to feed, bills to pay and responsibilities just like you. This is their job and livelihood. When they aren’t servicing clients, they are not earning money. We do send confirmation texts three days in advance as a convenience to our customers. If you must late cancel we will do all we can to rebook the appointment time with another service. If we are unable to do so we charge half the amount of the service. If you no show for an appointment we charge the full amount of the service.
SMS and/or Email Reminders
As a courtesy, we will send a text or email and confirm your service appointments one to three days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you or you don’t receive the notification we do not guarantee these reminders. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Text cancelations are not accepted as they are not always seen. We ask that you must call or email to cancel all appointments.
Service Guarantee
At Healing Elements we want to make sure you are happy with the service you received. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and outstanding services. If your service was unsatisfactory in any way please call us and ask to speak with a member of our management team. For hair and nail services we ask that you contact us within a week of the original appointment so that we can have the opportunity to have a lead staff member fix it for you.
Service Availability
We unfortunately cannot guarantee that every service will be available at all times. Some services are only available by certain trained staff members at certain days and times.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in any amount and can be used for any spa service or products. They are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards have a “use by” date of 1 year with no activity in accordance with the Federal Laws. After 1 year of no activity the gift card will start to depreciate in value 10% each month until gone. The buyer of the gift card is informed of the policy and they do agree to it upon purchase along with a signature. This policy is listed on the gift card holder and the gift card itself. We encourage everyone to call before it starts to depreciate in value as we do have some options. Once it leaves our facility we are no longer liable if it is lost or stolen. All gift cards are sold in a gift card holder with all the policies and contact information along with the value of the gift card and use by date.
Product Returns
Any unused product may be returned with the original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase date for an in-house credit. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned. Please speak to our customer service representative regarding any questions you may have.
Wellness Center
Yoga and other classes are available in our Wellness Center. The space is also available for event rental. Email or call for details info@hedayspa.com
Groups/ Parties
A group is available to rent out the Wellness Center space for a minimal fee to use during service times. Food and beverage can be brought to use in this space only.
Healing Elements Day Spa reserves the right to change prices without notice.
