- Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount and can be used for any spa service or product.
- Gift Cards are nonrefundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift Cards are for Healing Elements Day Spa located in West Bend, WI. By clicking the accept button below you are understanding this is not for a different location or spa. You are agreeing to purchase from this spa and the gift card will not be refunded after purchase.
- Healing Elements is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost or stolen.
- Gift Cards have a 1-year “use-by date”, after which the Gift Card will start to decrease in value if there is no activity (according to Federal Gift Card laws). 10% each month will be deducted until gone. Call or email for details or options to not lose value.
